Dance/Movement therapy

Have you ever felt like you know what to do, yet your body simply refuses to cooperate? This often stems from a disconnection between our mind and body. Through gentle movement and truly connecting with your physical self, we can uncover answers that reside within you, fulfill unmet needs, and begin to heal past traumas.

Anxiety therapy

Did you find meditation or self-talk not the right tool to calm your anxiety sometimes? When we feel anxious, our bodies may signal a need to release energy, engage in a fight-or-flight response, seek safety, or process suppressed anger. By learning to understand what your body is expressing, we can discover more effective ways to regulate anxiety and manage panic attacks.

Racial Trauma Counseling

Living in an environment that is heavily impacted by white supremacy culture as a person of color can be exhausting and invalidating. Racial trauma counseling supports individuals affected by racism, discrimination, or systemic oppression. It helps process emotional wounds, build resilience, and restore self-worth by creating a safe space to explore identity, validate experiences, and promote healing and empowerment.

Attachment Therapy

Do you long for a loving, respectful, and lasting relationship but find yourself pulling away when others get too close to you? Attachment therapy can help you explore and heal relationship wounds that might have been rooted in your relationships with your caregivers and shaped how you connect with others today. Through this process, you’ll learn to build trust, set boundaries, and create more secure, fulfilling relationships.

Inner Child Therapy

Inner child therapy helps address our relational patterns by healing unresolved childhood experiences and emotional wounds. When early needs go unmet or trauma occurs, the inner child within us often carries that pain into adulthood, subtly shaping our behaviors, relationships, and sense of self-worth. Inner child therapy is especially helpful for parents to address intergenerational trauma and better parenting skills.

“Wei-Chiung is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist. She is very relationally and justice oriented. She believes strongly in equity and practices from anti-racist and anti-colonization frameworks. She uses body-based therapy, and believes in body liberation for all bodies. I highly recommend WeI-Chiung to any client who wants to be more embodied, explore their identities and cultural roots, and anyone who desires to be in more connection with themself and others.”
