Free 20-min Session

Your free 20-minute consultation is designed to help you decide if we're a good fit. I encourage you to notice how your body feels during our interaction. I'll also share my background, values, and therapeutic approaches. There's no commitment to therapy during this time; you're welcome to reflect afterwards and share your decision when you're ready.

First Session

Expect an email from me with the secure link to your virtual therapy room before your first session. The only preparation needed is to show up as you are, from the comfort of your chosen space. Our first 55-minute session will be a gentle introduction where we'll cover logistics, explore your feelings about beginning therapy, and simply start to get to know you. To cultivate a consistent and supportive therapeutic relationship, I suggest commencing with weekly sessions.

Should you feel ready to move forward after our complimentary 20-minute consultation, just send me an email, and we'll happily schedule your first session. You'll then receive your intake forms by email, which are also conveniently available on your client portal. Please take a moment to review and complete them before we meet for your first session.

Journey & Graduation

Your therapeutic journey is entirely in your hands, giving you the power to determine its length. I'm always happy to offer suggestions if you request them. As we both notice improvements, we can definitely adjust our session cadence to better suit your needs, whether that's moving to bi-weekly, monthly, or an as-needed basis. The decision to conclude your therapy journey is also ultimately yours. In the rare instance that I recognize I'm not best equipped to support you, I will discuss this openly and provide appropriate referrals to ensure you find the right ongoing care.
