陳惟絅 心理諮商師暨舞蹈動作治療師
As an Asian therapist who immigrated from Taiwan in 2011, I deeply understand how internalized oppression and assimilation can impact our ability to trust ourselves. I've witnessed these very struggles in many of us, including in my own journey.
My passion lies in guiding you towards liberation and self-assurance. I see myself as a supportive ally, genuinely honored to join your unique life journey. If you're navigating self-doubt, low self-esteem, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or relational conflicts, I'm here to share the transformative power of self-assurance and self-compassion with you.
I deeply honor your survival strategies, cultural identities, emotional strength, body wisdom, and creativity. While life experiences may have led you to hide parts of yourself or respond to the world with anxiety and trauma, I am here to support you in rediscovering profound self-love and self-acceptance. You deserve to be fully seen, acknowledged, loved, and celebrated!
I identify as pansexual and am in a heterosexual, interracial marriage, raising a multiracial child. While I primarily identify as a woman, there are times I don't identify with any gender. My journey through parenthood has illuminated a powerful truth: to truly thrive as parents, we must first embrace and love our own inner child. It's how we heal, break generational cycles, and cultivate a more joyful, loving future for the next generation.
Growing up deeply influenced by Taoism and Nature, I profoundly value collective culture, the strength of community, and the vital work of anti-racism. In my personal time, I find joy in dancing, Zumba, hiking, savoring bubble tea, and reconnecting with my roots by visiting Taiwan.
"Wei-Chiung is a warm, genuine, knowledgeable, and effective therapist with an incredible ability to create a safe, supportive space for folks throughout their work together in therapy.”
